1/2tbsp krill oil
1/2 tbsp Emu Oil
Pueraria Mirifica extract (if you can get) Polyunsaturates (You can use grapeseed oil, sunflower oil
omega 3 fatty oils(flaxseed oil, walnut oil, olive oil, add 1/2tbsp of each too)
Use morning and night.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of rosehip oil
5 drops of cypress oil
5 drops of geranium oil
3 drops of frankincense oil
3 drops of fenugreek oil
Mix all together
