Baby shampoo typically contains mild surfactants that are gentle on the skin and hair, as well as ingredients that help moisturize and condition the hair, such as glycerin, panthenol, and aloe vera. Some baby shampoos may also contain natural ingredients, such as chamomile or lavender, which are believed to have a calming and soothing effect.

Baby shampoo is designed to be used regularly, as infants and young children may require frequent hair washing due to their active lifestyles and tendency to get messy. It is important to choose a baby shampoo that is specifically formulated for infants, as regular shampoos may contain harsh ingredients that can be irritating to the skin and eyes. It’s also important to rinse thoroughly to avoid any shampoo residue that can cause discomfort to the baby.
