(b) Write succinctly on the kinds of enzymes and their applications in any two of the following:(i) Waste management and sewage treatment (ii) Biodeterioration (iii) Bioremediation
- Describe how changes in the biochemical and physiological parameters of animals can be used to monitor the presence of xenobiotics in the ecosystem.
- Describe some changes that may occur in the structure of some organs of the body due to the presence of xenobiotics in the environment.
- What is biological monitoring? Write an essay on the various methods of monitoring the environmental parameters in the habitats of animals.
- Write a succinct essay on invertebrates as biological monitors and their roles in predicting changes.
