Medication

There are several available medicines (drugs) that you can take to help you manage your erectile dysfunction and boost your erection. These drugs are safe in the right doses. Hence, you must see your doctor if you need a prescription and get one. An example of a drug for this purpose is sildenafil.

Lifestyle Modifications

This involves changing harmful habits and practices that might contribute to the problem. Persons with erectile dysfunction must try to live a healthy life, eat right (especially fruits & vegetables), exercise daily & rest when needed.
These modifications can help improve your erection problems.

Foreplay

The role of foreplay in our sexual life is largely overlooked. In people with this condition, it is advised to practice foreplay before the actual sexual activity. It helps prepare the mind & gets you psychologically ready for sex and hence, can improve your erection.

What is a Normal Erection?

Before saying your erection is abnormal, you should at least know what a normal detection is: A normal erection happens when needed, is strong, and lasts from a few minutes to 30 minutes. An erection that doesn’t satisfy this criterion is classified as erectile dysfunction and should be investigated.

Sex is, without a doubt, a very important aspect of relationships, especially in marriages, but erectile dysfunction continues to pose a problem to couples.
